Randi-Lee has a wealth of knowledge and experience that she enjoys sharing with others.
In 2019 Randi was invited to be a speaker for the first mental health awareness event held at Jean-Vanier High School. Randi spoke about coping skills for youth and was able to connect with some of the youth to answer further questions after the discussion.
In 2018 she was chosen as one of the speakers for the Niagara Women’s Leadership Summit where she spoke about being a woman in a male dominated industry (coaching).
In 2017 she was asked to speak at a fundraiser to share her experience of raising a child with autism.
During her time as an employment counselor, she created and ran a variety of workshops. These workshops not only taught the basics of job searching but also soft skills like communication and problem solving.
Another of Randi’s passions (kickboxing and self defense) has led her to speak to various groups. In 2016 Randi had the opportunity to teach self defense at Westview Centre for Women. The following year Randi was a guest speaker at a Weight Watchers conference where she spoke to the group about self defense.
